Hi, We should eat whole cereals ,dals and legumes,vegetables, fruits, milk,nuts,meat,fish,chicken egg,accordingly. water upto 3to4 lits daily. Dont eat fried,canned,colas,alcohol,so much fats,etc. If u need diet chart u can consult me. Most welcome. Thanks
