Hi,
Good afternoon!
In general, biotin supplements are considered safe to use when breastfeeding. However, if you are taking any other medicines or have health issues, you will have to check for contraindications.
Otherwise, up to 35mcg is fine. So please check the dosage and if the gummy has any other herbal ingredients.
Eggs and salmon are also good sources of biotin.
If you are a vegetarian, then Biotin in nuts and legumes , brocolli, can be taken. If you are a non veg you can take eggs and salmon or fish which is less than 1 kg in size.
One more point you have to remember is that when you boil dal please do throw away the scum carefully, as they contain biotin inhibitors.
Gummies are usually safe , under a certain dosage , but suggestion should be taken from your Gynae
