I am 19 yrs old while my weight is just around 50, having a more than average height, but too slim, so I wanted to know how to gain weight I have tried eating enough healthy indoor food, I rarely eat the outside food and am addicted to tea (Can't have a day without 2-3 large cups). suggest me a diet not just saying protein, vitamin...but also say what to eat like eggs, apple...
