I don't have any conditions or any other issues but since the time I started eating junk food a lot (4 years or so ago), I have seen a rise in my belly fat. Now that I haven't had junk food in 6 months, I wanted to know how I can reduce it.

No doubt junk food is harmful and leads to the accumulation of fat in the body as they are loaded with preservatives , trans fat and sodium.

For a while you can follow falling weight loss tips which may help you to some extent but for proper result you need to follow up personalized plan
1) Drink Good amount of water. As drinking less water can lead to water retention which is one of the reason of weight gain.
2) Include fiber in your diet. For that you can eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
3) Do minimum 40 minute activity daily.As after 30 minutes our body enter fat burning zone.
4) Eat small & frequent meals.
5) You can include Green tea post lunch and post dinner.
6) Mind the portion size of whatever u eat,Don't overeat.

Belly fat loss requires proper diet control along with exercise.
It’s good that you have stopped eating junk, avoid it completely in future as well. Take 3 litres of water daily, eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables as one meal and start daily home exercises/work outs.

2. Avoid mango, litchi,chickoo,grapes, banana and sharifa
3. Stay hydrated. Drink 3-4 litres of water daily .
