Belly Fat problem
Hi, I am not able to get rid of fat on my belly and chest even after keeping my food intake at lowest level and 1.5 hour workout. I do not intake sugar and salt and if I do it ia very restricted, do gymming (weight training), meal once a day(lunch, only home made veg but no chapati) and average 10000 steps a day. It would be helpful if you can suggest something to improve the situation. Thanks in advance.

Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins(dairy,eggs,chicken etc), reduced carbohydrates (white rice,poha etc) & healthy fats(walnuts,almonds etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. You cannot target specific areas, fat is lost uniformly, but it may appear to go faster from the areas where you store less than the problem areas. Be consistent and patient. You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly  for customized diet plan for you
