Hi, I am not able to get rid of fat on my belly and chest even after keeping my food intake at lowest level and 1.5 hour workout.
I do not intake
sugar and salt and if I do it ia very restricted, do gymming (weight training), meal once a day(lunch, only home made veg but no chapati) and average 10000 steps a day.
It would be helpful if you can suggest something to improve the situation.
