Belly fat issue
My age is 28, height 5'10, weight73. My overall weight is distributed evenly but i have belly fat(paunch). It looks very bad. Can anyine suggest how can I overcome that. Which food I should avoid. What exercises I can do.

Try taking care of your diet Have good amt of protein along with salads Avoid fried and packaged foods Take good amt of water In exercise u can do crunches, plank   lunges, squats and also some walking

Hi You need to do exercise like crunches, cycling. aerobics and weight training should be done on alternate days. Have meals at regular timings and dinner by7-7.30pm. No binging between meals. Avoid bakery products, aereated cold drinks, fried foods. Have more of fresh seasonal fruits, vegetables and salads. Take skim milk, curd and whole foods. Drink 8-10 glasses of water. Take proper sleep of 7-8 hrs. Thanks

For reducing belly fat and  weight follow three main things like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet . Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet .
