I am 20yr old boy my height 5feet11inch my weight is 77 first plz tell am i overweight and if yes how much weight should i losse 2nd i want to losse my belly fat NOTE- i have no allergy no bp no sugar nothing plz tell i am overweight??

According to your height ur  weight should be  72 kg and you can reduce your weight by following rules like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Theek hai agar food in your diet. Read more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Add plenty of water. Avoid oily and fried food. For reducing belly fat apply oil and gel on flabby  part that extra fat can be removed from particular part of the body.

Hello, As per the details of your height ideally your weight should be 74 kgs to be in the normal range of BMI that is 18.5-22.9. BMI 18.5-22.9 for Asians is an indicator of health based on your height and weight. I suggest you to be around 72 kgs and give yourself a 2 kg cut-off so even if you put on a kilo or more later you would still be in the ideal BMI range. That said, it also important to check your body composition so we can get an idea of your muscles and fat percentage. Fat loss takes place overall and from a particular spot on the body. You can do aerobic activity as it helps in fat loss. A personalized diet session is highly recommended for you as it takes into account your lifestyle, routine, eating habits, sleep, stress, etc. This helps in identifying the gap areas and correcting them accordingly. As a start following guidelines can be of help - 1. Never skip meals and have balanced meals 2. Incorporate protein rich foods such as Dals,  pulses,  sprouts,  dairy,  non-veg in every meal 3. Actually it really depends that 77kg is with a good muscle weight and less fat weight then this weight is good..You can only know this by doing a body analysis. Also that will guide you how much kg overweight are you and how much you need to reduce fat or gain muscle to reach your target weight. You need to do cardio exercises like walking, running , cycling to reduce your belly fat.

Hi, No, you are not overweight, your ideal body weight range should be 77-80 kg, on the basis of your height. To burn belly fat with following a balanced diet you need to do exercises like crunches, planks etc which specially helps to burn abdomen fat, for that you can consult physical trainer or exercise expertise.
