From last few months I feel backache while sleeping especially Lower back. Mostly it happen when I sleep straight when I sleep on any side it get better

It can be because of bad matters or due to muscle tightness.
You can start with checking ur mattress, whether its firmness is there or not. And than do correction of it., u can also use pillow under ur knees that will give good posture and stability to spine. With that a proper exercise regime for lower back can increase good sleep. And reduces pain.

The couch you are using is probably not plain, or it is not fit for sleeping. If you are having pain while you are supine (straight) that denote that you should first check your bed. Secondly if the the bed is good then place a foam roll or small towel in lumber region to maintain the lumber curvature. this will help you get rid of pain.
Your back pain could be due to week back muscles and sitting posture.
