I am in 20 weaks of pregnency as my pregnency advances my backache and waist pain continue to increases my ultrasound report is normal . I am also taking iron and calcium supplement plz suggest me some exercises and technique to relief back pain

At this time you can't do exercises alone need to do under supervision of physiotherapist. Better idea is to avoid long sitting or long standing.keep walking for 10-15min then rest. Try to use pillow under your back and neck.
