Hi, this is Dr Supreetha. Tablet Librax is used to treat gastrointestinal issues and one of its side effects is drowsiness hence, not feeling fresh. You need to consult a gastroenterologist for better solution than the usage of the tablet for long-term. There is a technique which can help you induce sleep , it is called as 4-7-8 technique. It is a breathing technique where you have to inspire for a four seconds and hold your breath for seven seconds and expire for eight seconds. For further details, contact me for one on one conversation.
