Dr I have back pain since last 2 weeks. Also both legs back side pain from hip towards leg. Also pain while laying on bed and getting up. Taken 2 days combiflam but not satisfied relief. Did some simple light exercise such as lifting of leg while sleeping, marjariasana etc but need to do regular. I did for 4 to 5 days.
The problem started after sitting in beanbag for 30 minutes.
Please suggest me what to do.

You need to consult in perosn for proper diagnosis and treatment, its due to improper sitting on bean bag might have caused compression.
Stretching will help release the pain, this can only be done if you consult in perosn.
Maintain proper posture, avoid prolonged sitting.
Hot pack twice a day will help reduce pain slowly.
If the pain is severe as of now can take Zerodol SP twice a day but do consult in person for treatment.
