Visit physiotherapy clinic and take electrotherapy for 2 weeks. hot pack twice a day will be helpfull in reducing pain. Maintain proper posture and rest is must while sitting for prolonged time.

Reduce your sitting hours and take breaks in between. Sit in a proper posture with your back and legs completely supported. Consult with a physiotherapist for your assessment and start with their treatment. You can call a physiotherapist at home for the same.
