Baby solid foods
My baby is 6 months old. I've started solid by giving rice porridge. Can I start giving multigrain porridge and sweet potato porridge? Is that digestible? Also please let me know what other solids can be given now?

Always start in small quantities and introduce one food at a time. Try one food for a week and then when the infant accepts and develops a taste for it introduce another. Do not feed more than one new food at a time.
Next Steps
Try khichdi, veg soups, mashed fruits, Dal soups etc. Do not use sugar and salt . Try in its natural form.
