Hi,my daughter is 6 months old. Can I give ragi porridge after 5pm?I have heard that giving ragi porridge in cold increases phlegm,is it true?

Yes,it can be give in night, ragi amount should be very less in starting. In night with milk Can be given. Follow 6 month baby diet for full day.
