What's your height and weight? Ragi complex carbohydrates. But having just ragi won't help for weight loss additional you need more. For weight loss u need proper high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises. And small quantity meals. Early dinner before 6pm Eat less and exercise more. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's Drink water 16glasses daily.

Ragi do have complex carbs, some protein and calcium. In moderation it is ok, but in excess it ma not help in weight loss.
