I got my full body checkup done in which i found that my B12 is less than 50. I googled a little and read that breathlessness and numbness are its symptoms. These symptoms are increasing. What should I do?

Vitamin B 12 is important for your blood production and for your nervous system....your symptoms of tingling and numbness and breathlessness may be due to your low vitamin B 12 level...it's usually low in pure vegetarian people....you should get done CBC with peripheral smear and few more investigations.
