Hi Good evening First thing to let you know is that you have your vit B12 within normal reference range. In order to keep your vit B12 in normal level kindly have atleast two glasses of low fat milk, add paneer, cheese and curd atleast once a day. Consume an egg a day atleast five times a week. Add nutritional yeast you can add it while make your dosa or chapathis too gives a nutty flavour to your foods.

In order to maintain Vit B12 level eat  2 eggs in the morning breakfast time,  if suits you . Buy Nutritional yeast powder/ Nutritional yeast flakes , this tastes like cheese. Those who use nutritional yeast powder in their meals, smoothies, soups, shakes have been found to have very good Vit.b12 levels inspite of being a vegetarian. Generally, people who do not eat non- veg. are deficient in Vit B12 . Also, include Sprouts, fermented foods like idli, dosa, kombucha, nuts & more...
