B12 deficiency
Can b12 deficiency with level 300 cause neurological issues like balance problem while standing and walking and mild dizziness while sitting and lying down?
If yes, how much time does it take to recover?
I have been diagnosed with b12 deficiency which has caused the nerve coordination weak and thus causing balance problem and fatigue.
I have taken 7 b12 injections so far and 1 oral tablet and its been 40 days since treatment started but I dont feel any improvement yet.
