Yes the ear pain is due to erupting wisdom teeth...
Wisdom teeth is one that fails to erupt in its normal position in the given period of time.....
Consequence of wisdom teeth
**Pericoronitis(gum swelling) and bleeding
**Jaw soreness
**Bad breathe due to food impaction in that region
**Referred pain in ear and side of head and jaws
It is better to remove the wisdom teeth...that is the ideal treatment

YOUR erupting teeth is ok no problem on left side ...but on right side u need to undergo capping for rc treated teeth and get upper wisdom tooth extracted as there is no support from lower teeth and it creates an issue in right region

Yes pain in ear, neck ,jaw, is very much likely to appear because of partially erupted wisdom tooth. And by looking at your opg your tooth is stucked from the distal side in the bone and won't erupt further as there is no space. Better to go for surgical removal of tooth in this case otherwise it will trouble you again and again.
This tooth might give u a problem in the near future. Since you are already 27 better go for its removal.
