Usually after surgical extraction the swelling begins to increase for 72 hours i.e 3 days and than gradually it reduces.
You don't need to worry much about it
You can put ice pack on your check it will help in reducing the swelling and I would recommend you to eat ice cream or any cold thing.

It's not usual for the swelling to be there for few days but will gradually subside.
1) Apply hot pack
2) gargle with luke warm water with little excess salt.
3). Avoid touching the surgical wound with bare fingers as they will be contaminated.
