Apply the moist hot pack.. take one thick towel and make it roll.. that roll keep below the knee.. press the knee and hold it for 10 to 15 second/ 3times repeatation. Teach her some free and strengthening exercises.. consult with nearest physiotherapy and take ift and wax therapy.

As stretching is not the only solution for the same you need some more pain management with strengthening & combination of stretching exercises..
