Apple cider vinegar has  some  effect on lowering blood sugar levels and improving the HDL levels and reducing triglycerides.  It is used for improved digestion and polycystic ovarian Disease as well.  However it should only be taken in small quantities.  It can be taken in a diluted form... by mixing 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar in 1 glass of water before or after meals per day.  However high amounts of apple cider vinegar can harm your tooth enamel, can cause acidity, upset stomach and low potassium.   There are no extensive researches done  on the safety and long term  use this supplement.

Apple Cider Vinegar helps in liver function. So in problems like weak digestion, fatty liver , high cholesterol , weight management and many more can be helped. Take 1 T of ACV in a cup of water as u awake . Caution to those with body pain may aggravate any aches .
