Better to take fresh fruits & salad. Or liquid lemonade & buttermilk. These are safe for diabetic patient. Avoid preservative liquid. Becoz all preservative items effect pancrease

Don't take apple cider vinegar. For diabetes follow diabetic diet. Early morning take lukewarm lemon water with one tsp roasted fenugreek seed. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Avoid sweets, sweet fruits like banana, Chikoo, mango, grapes, dates, sweet potato. Take high fiber food in ur diet.
