For weight lose can take empty stomach 1tsp mix in 1 glass water but only it will not helpful for weight loss along with follow healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening.

It is beneficial for fat reduction. You can take it in the morning on empty stomach. Take 1 tsp with 1 cup of lukewarm or normal water followed by fat reduction diet
