Hello According to ur height u are underweight. Take high protein diet and balanced nutrition and do exercises. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's Drink water 16glasses daily

Apple cider vinegar is a good antioxidant & helps in reducing fat. Take 2 spoons in a glass of water half hr before meals
