Hello , I am a 26 year old female.
I am generally sensitive since childhood
For eg.. fear of crackers sound , fear of flies and claustrophobia
Since last 3 months , i have started with anxiety issues due to lockdown and covid and its physical symptoms. Like palpitations .. hot flashes.. and rapid shallow breathing... breathlessness.
I want to know whether it is Anxiety disorder or just situational anxiety which would go away when this situation subsides in coming months..

Like the answers? Consult privately with the doctor of your choice
It could very well be situational
But since you have a sensitive personality it will come and go
So please take some therapy and learn some techniques to het better and use in time of distress
Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling online
All the best :)
