It was a Panic episode. Don't worry, and rest assured. Most probably it won't recur. But even if it recurs in rare case, you know it now that it's just a Panic episode which is a PSYCHOLOGICAL PHENOMENON rather than a physical disorder or any cardiac disorder. Be a little brave and start visiting outside. Take the first step. It's upto you how you respond to your anxiety. You can accompany someone for initial couple of times if you feel a little hesitant. But later on you are going to be more tolerant and resistant towards such anxiety episodes.
Next Steps
Start visiting outside. There are certain tablets which can be taken as and when required for anxiety episodes, for short term basis. By consulting a psychiatrist , he may prescribe those medications for short term in initial days while going outside. Hope this information helps you. Have a good day!
