I have anxiety disorder and I am taking one tablet of Manasmitra Vatkam as well as bhrami ghritam at bed time. How long will it take to show results.

What type of anxiety disorder? Was it prescribed to you ? From how many days are you taking? If prescribed and taking then 10 days it should show results. Also avoid spicy food and sleep at right times. Do some exercises early in the morning.
