Hello
I have anxiety issue from last 1 and half month. I faced anxiety palipitaions 2 months back and after that my sleep got disturbed because of anxiety and fear. I am trying very hard to have enough sleep and managing to get 4 to 10 hours of sleep.
Just wanted your inputs on any supplements which I can take to reduce my anxiety?
Things added to my lifestyle:
30 mins Aerobic workout daily
Meditation
Currently, I am taking Agepro plus multivitamin tablet because I have high homocysteine levels (46.9).
