High homocysteine levels can cause neurological and psychiatric issues including anxiety disorder. It can also cause blood clots and can damage to your blood vessels.   Vitamin B12 and folic acid deficiency, impaired thyroid function, excess caffeine or alcohol intake etc. are some of the reasons for high homocysteine levels.  Agepro plus will take care  B12 and folic acid deficiency. Its also important to make sure your vitamin D levels are with in normal limits.  Vitamin D deficiency can cause a host of sleep issues including insomnia.  If deficient supplementation is necessary.  Also, try to get enough sunlight so that there is enough melatonin production in the body to ensure a good sleep and wake cycle.
