Can I take Gaba supplement along with 5 HTP supplement for anxiety and mood disorders.
And what about L theanine supplement also.

Gaba supplements are mood lifters but I would suggest go for natural things likes kesa strands, ashwagandha, dark chocolate n yes some NLP SESSION THAT WOULD BE equally good.
