Hello, I understand it is hard to deal with constant fear of things going with your body and life. And fear makes us do irrational things. First of all, physician is not in anyway legally allowed to prescribe you medication for Psychiatric concerns. You need to consult a MD Psychiatrist to refer to any kind of medication which affects your behavioral and emotional abilities.
Next Steps
Please visit a Psychiatrist for consultation and a therapist to share your feelings with. Medication alone in your specific case might not help fully.

Taking the right treatment for your illness is a sign of strength, not weakness. You should be proud of yourself for being aware about the problem. Panic attacks and anxiety get settled to a huge extent with medicines. I understand that in our country there is so much stigma around mental health, but slowly it is thankfully changing and people are accepting it. Seeking help for mental illnesses is very common, infact There might be so many people around u who are taking these medicines but they do not tell it to others, and they get relief. Just like diabetes and BP need their medicines and cannot be just solved by willpower, so are mental illnesses too.be brave, tc

I can understand how distressing your symptoms are and how difficult it feels to manage them. From what you describe, your symptoms (palpitations, breathlessness, numbness, panic attacks, shivering, feeling demotivated) are commonly seen in anxiety and panic disorders. The fact that you felt better when on medication suggests treatment can help you. It’s important to know that: • Anxiety and panic disorders are treatable with the right support. • Medications like Nexito plus are usually prescribed for such conditions, but they should not be started or stopped without supervision of a psychiatrist. • Along with medicines, lifestyle and therapy (such as CBT – Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) play a very important role in long-term recovery.
Next Steps
1. Please consult a psychiatrist again – they can adjust your medicines to something safer for long-term use. 2. If you are not ready for medicines, ask your doctor about therapy options (counselling/CBT) which are highly effective. 3. Try simple routines: • Practice deep breathing/relaxation 10–15 min daily. • Maintain a regular sleep cycle. • Stay connected with at least one trusted family member/friend. • Light physical activity (like walking) helps reduce anxiety.
Health Tips
• Please avoid taking any pill without a doctor’s advice – some medicines may help short term but can be harmful if taken wrongly or for too long. • If you ever feel overwhelmed with thoughts of self-harm, please seek immediate help from your family, doctor, or emergency services. • Recovery is possible, but it needs step by step management rather than a single pill. You are not alone in this, and with professional support you can feel much better again.

Hey See it's simple try to understand it like this What you’re experiencing palpitations, breathlessness, numbness, stomach issues, shivering are classic signs of anxiety and panic attacks. It feels terrifying because your body’s alarm system is misfiring, ringing as if there’s real danger when there isn’t. Think of it like a car alarm that goes off at the slightest breeze loud, alarming, but not actually protecting you from anything real. That’s what anxiety is doing inside you. Instead of a complete lifestyle overhaul, start with very small steps: slow breathing (inhale 4, exhale 6) when panic rises, the 5-4-3-2-1 grounding rule to pull you out of spiraling thoughts, and one simple daily habit like a 5-minute walk or glass of water in the morning. Therapy, especially CBT, can guide you in breaking this cycle without making it overwhelming. You don’t have to fight it all at once I.e small consistent actions reset the alarm over time. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.

Yes we can understand your distress, you have mentioned your symptoms of anxiety and associated impairment in your life As per my opinion, you must consult a Psychiatrist, a thorough assessment is needed regarding personality, childhood , adolescent and present history, a management plan as Medication plus relaxation exercises as JPMR, Coping skills will be planned Do not get worried regarding medications, if you follow regularly and maintain follow up with doctor whom you can trust, one medication will be needed to control the symptoms, initially one or two medications may be required, that will be gradually tapered
