Hello doctor, Is it ok to skip breakfast as part of diet to lose weight ..... help me out doctor???

In fact, a protein rich breakfast every morning will help you in keeping your weight in check. No..it's not good to skip breakfast. You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly  for customized diet plan for you. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat.

Weight is not difficult to loose . Just start some small changes in your routine like watch your steps or any physical activity with water intake . Limit sweets tea coffe n alcoholic beverage etc . Hello, Breakfast is one important meal of the day that would pump your body with the required energy to kick start your day after a long night. Ideally your body is designed to have 3 meals in portions. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur metabolic rate. It is main way for reducing weight.
