Eat lots of vegetables, fruits.
Increase your intake of fibre & iron rich food like beetroot, spinach, sprouts,
liver, honey with
vitamin C.
Avoid high
sugar, salt & fat foods, eat protein rich food at each meal, avoid stress, sleep at least 8 hours a day, you should drink 3L water per day, enjoy good music, meditate & have a positive attitude towards life.
