Hello user .. you should take some vitamin c in your diet if you are suffering from Acne ... Like make it a point to eat 1 sweet lime + 1 apple + 1 guava daily you can divide it in the whole day and as calcium is concerned I would suggest you to eat 1 tsp of whit sesame seeds and 1 tsp of cumin seeds after meal ... + Add Ragi (Nachini ) in your diet ... Almond milk is great as a replacement in coffee, milkshake, smoothie or by itself. To make this, Soak 20 almonds  overnight. Blend in a mixer with water in 1 : 1 ratio. Strain. Repeat 3 times. Tofu can be used to replace paneer. Coconut milk makes a good base for ice creams.
