Substitute for dairy, sugar, gluten
If I stop eating all the dairy products, sugar, high glycemic index food products and go gluten free, what nutrients am I missing? What should I eat to cover up the loss of nutrients from the above date. (I have been advised to do so for my gluten sensitivity and chronic acne problem)

If you avoid dairy products you may developed calcium deficiency.sugar and high glycemic food avoidance is acceptable if you are overweight or if you have diabetes.Gluten is a type of protein found in wheat, rye, barley, and other grains.so if you are vegetarian you can have legumes as a protein source and if you are non-vegetarian you can easily have chicken/ fish. Dry fruits like almond also you can have.

Hello. You don’t miss out on much if you stop dairy or gluten products like wheat, it’s easy to get alternatives. You can take soyamilk or almond milk, hand full of dry fruits and seeds, green leafy vegetables- these will make up for calcium. Gluten isn’t really necessary in providing nutrients , so no issues. Follow your doctors advice and avoid these as it works to control acne.
Next Steps
Consult on practo for further advice between 9-11am
