Hi I got delivery 115days back its normal delivery. How many days to takes weight loss and shell I fallow any diet but now I am giving feeding 4r my baby.plz kindly help me I need to reduce my weight especially belly fat.

Hello mam,in lactation period plz avoid weight loss program for 8month.
After that u can go for that.
For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening.
Take high fiber food in ur diet.
Add plenty of water.
Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet.
Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet.

I would suggest u Start a low calorie balanced diet for weight loss when ur baby is 6 months.
When ur baby will be 6 month he will start with weaning food so his or her health will not be affected.
