I am vegetarian. So please advice me what should I take for best protein and healthy diet. I am suffering from hair falling and gaining weight on stomach(tummy). For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet , exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in your diet.add more fruits and vegetables in your diet.add planty of water avoid oily and fried food. Hi, You should follow a well balanced weight reduction diet, which contains good quality protein, fresh fruits and vegetables. Include milk, dahi/ yoghurt, paneer, soyabean, cashew, almond, mixed sprouts etc as a source of protein. As you are doing work from home, obviously your activity level becomes less, resulting weight gain. To maintain weight, with following diet, you need to do exercise in regular basis. There are many reasons behind hair fall, if it's deficiency of protein or micro nutrients it can be rectified by above mentioned diet, otherwise it will be better to consult with dermatologist.
