I intend to take both: eggs (whole i.e both egg white and egg yolk) and whey protein powder. I will be able to devote 30 minutes daily to gym mostly running, pushups and situps. I will be going to gym after college i.e 6:00-7:00pm. How much of both is advisable and at what time during the day?

Start exercise with good fats and high protein highly nutritious diet. Being low weight we always neglect the impact of exercise on our health . Stay hydrated .
