Advice needed on bodybuilding.
I intend to take both: eggs (whole i.e both egg white and egg yolk) and whey protein powder. I will be able to devote 30 minutes daily to gym mostly running, pushups and situps. I will be going to gym after college i.e 6:00-7:00pm. How much of both is advisable and at what time during the day? Age: 19 Weight: 60kg Height: 5' 9'' Built: very lean

Start exercise with good fats and high protein highly nutritious diet. Being low weight we always neglect the impact of exercise on our health . Stay hydrated . Add more calories with nutrition only . No junk n night sugar food . No need for any medicine. Consult personally for proper guidance and results.
