5 month ago:(4 feb 2024) My vitmain b12 level was 147 pg/ml After taking 7 injections After 2 months (4 April 2024) my level was 1047 pg/ml And again after 3 months (7 july 2024) My vitmain b12 level is again 288 pg/ml Why my vitamin b12 level is decreasing?? How can i maintain it I am vegetarian

It's a normal phenomenon. U have to make balance in life till u alive. Nothing new. Add salad fruits buttermilk in diet. In vegitarian it's a big problem. Neurokind od one at night to be taken intermittently in between.

Vitamin B12 is water soluble. It gets excreted from the body very fast. To maintain Vit B12 level you should take the supplements continuously. Oral Vit B12 is better.
