I had delivery on 1.10.2020 ,now my baby's age is 15 month, I had normal delivery,but after delivery I have belly in stomach,what I do for loss belly ,?? Which type of food I had?

Simple exercises like Walking about 2 km morning and evening. Crunches Lie down on your back and straight leg raising without bending knees. Cycling. Cycling motion while lying on your back. They may help. Don't go for any magic potions.
