I can understand your problem but it would me more appropriate if you consult dentist because all infection can't be just solved by medication only it may need some treatment too.

You can have
Tab augmenting 625 mg 1-0-1 x5 days
After meals twice in a day for 5 days
Tab pan-40 1-0-1 x5 days
30 minutes before meals for 5 days
