WIDAL positive typhi dot negative and hv a mild around 99.3 fever. What does it mean. And legs pain and microcytic hypocromic anemia. esr 56. Crp is 2. Hemoglobin is 11. Vit d is 27. B12 is ok. Kft n lft is ok. Urine test is ok. Ferratin is 6.6.
