A: From the airport pick-up till the time you are in the city for treatment, we assist you with everything. The hospital has all the necessary arrangements keeping in mind patients comfort, safety and affordability. During your stay with us, you'll have a choice of selecting private deluxe, standard private, and semi-private room all catering to your utmost comfort. Patient has to provide Govt ID (Aadhar card/ Pan card/ Voter ID/ Passport) which is mandatory.

A: Discharge summary will be provided at the time of discharge. The same will be also explained to the Patient / Attendants by the nursing team.

A: Single family member / attendant can stay in the hospital. There are no additional costs.

A: Sakra World Hospital has a department dedicated to International Patient Services which takes care of all healthcare related and other requirements of patients and their companions coming from overseas. Our Services Include: 1. The team provides complementary query response from Sr. Medical & Surgical Specialists to all patient queries in the shortest time possible. 2. Airport pick-up facility - The International Patient Services team provides transfer facility between the Airport and the Hospital/ Hotel. 3. A single point of contact who will help the patient from the time of admission to discharge, which includes airport transfers, travel arrangements and regular updates on patients progress. 4. A dedicated lounge for International Patients to coordinate all their medical and non-medical requirements including Registration, OPD Appointments, Admission and other services requirements. 5. While the patient is admitted in the Hospital, one attendant is allowed to stay with the patient in the Room. The meals for one patient attendant during the stay in the hospital room are provided complimentary.Hotel / guest house accommodation for both pre admission and post discharge are arrange with-in close proximity to the hospital. 6. Arabic, Japanese and French interpretation services are made available to International patients. Interpretation for other languages can also be arranged on request. 7.
