I would like to share our experience with Dr Harsha V Reddy ma’am

We conceived MCDA twins while in the UK but returned to India for delivery due to concerns about managing complications abroad. We connected with Dr. Harsha through a cousin at @cloudnine hospital and during our first appointment, she thoroughly reviewed our reports and carefully assessed our history. Given my wife’s past miscarriage and the high-risk nature of a twin pregnancy, Dr. Harsha suggested a cervical cerclage, even though my cervical length was normal. We were initially unsure, but her detailed explanation and cautious approach reassured us, so we went ahead with the procedure at 19 weeks.

During our late anomaly scan at 23 weeks, we discovered that my wife’s cervix had shortened to less than 1 cm, with internal funneling. Dr. Harsha’s immediate response and calm demeanor were invaluable. She advised urgent admission and suggested a second cerclage for added support. Although the risks were significant, her experience and confidence guided us through the decision, and she successfully performed the procedure at 24 weeks, demonstrating her skill and expertise in handling high-risk situations. After the second stitch, Dr. Harsha recommended us remain in the hospital on strict bed rest until delivery to monitor the pregnancy closely and avoid further complications.

From then on, her meticulous care and daily visits, setting small weekly goals, made all the difference. Her positive attitude, even in the toughest moments, kept us hopeful. We had initially hesitated about the cerclage at 18 weeks, but it turned out to be the key factor that held my babies safely inside until 34 weeks. When my wife’s water broke unexpectedly at 34 weeks , Dr. Harsha swiftly handled the emergency C-section, safely delivering our twins.
