She is Cool, Patient & Focused - ENT Specialists in Narayana Multi-speciality Hospital- HSR In my recent experience in Aug '26, I had a sudden Ear problem. I had Blocked Ear- with Pain in Throat, Nosal Blockage & Hearing problem !! . On Google search for ENT specialist in South Bangalore, I got a couple of names as- I tried all of them in last 2 yrs- for some problem or other ! But unfortunately, I had to discard all of them- for their random Antibiotics therapy- without any diagnosis of Root causes & smart recourse ! In my recent case, I ultimately got in touch with Dr Kona Shivani, ENT specialist of Narayana Multispecility Hospital- HSR.She heard my problem carefully & got a few tests done as- Endoscopy, Audiometry, Tympanometry - to proceed with her treatment. She selectively prescribed a few short courses of Medicines & observed the progress for a week. By 20 days, I was perfectly alright & I reported her the progress . She concluded the treatment there - with 5 more Tablets- more as a precaution. She treated the problem purely with short courses of Medicines & simultaneously averted the eventuality of Surgery- to remove some small fluid deposit in Ear. All those small little Fluids disappeared with medication in 20 days . After having such a nice and pleasing experience, I preferred to share it in my Review - if that opens the eyes of a bunch of Bookish ENTThose Specialists should learn the basic traits of medical care from an Young Professional as- Dr Kona Shivani. I consulted Dr. Shivani Kona for an issue in my ear. I have a long-standing condition where my ear membrane is stuck to the bone behind it, leading to mild hearing impairment. So I have always been careful to keep my ear dry.

This time, something unexpected happened—there was a blockage in my left ear, and I could not hear from it. To make things worse, a discharge started coming out whenever I lay on my left side. This continued for two weeks and really scared me.

Dr. Shivani was extremely patient and understanding, especially since I have been dealing with ear issues all my life. She diagnosed a perforation in my ear and prescribed medication. When the discharge did not stop, I messaged her a couple of times out of worry. She always responded promptly, called me again, changed my medication, and did everything she could to give me relief.

I truly respect doctors like Dr. Shivani—humble, responsive, and genuinely caring. She stood by me through three weeks of pain and frustration, and I am deeply grateful for her support.

I can't thank Dr. Hemanth Kumar enough for the amazing care I received at Minchu Health Care. I was searching for "physiotherapy near me" and stumbled upon his clinic. I had a really bad back pain that was making it difficult to even stand. Dr. Hemanth's approach was so thorough and he explained every step of the back pain treatment near me. Dr. Shivani helped me in treating my mother patiently with her canker sores. She is a caring and dedicated doctor who ensures regular followups.

She treated my family multiple times and is always reachable. Her guidance and experience helped in treating my aged parents.

The doctor was not available at the scheduled appointment time, and I was asked to come back later in the evening despite having an 11am appointment.
