In this world of internet where you can google anything and get answer instantly i got diagnosed with meniere disease which as always was not curable by medicines as per google, life was difficult with this disease as you never know when it would trigger , thats exactly when i met Doctor Veena, *** ** ** *** *** **** *** ****** * **** *** ** ***, she was the only one who told me that it was fully curable by medicines, in this world of data where data is accessible instantly and i had very fewhopes when she is said that i will be completely fine frankly.

And here i am writing is review and letting you know that i am fully cured and happy with the diagnosis and medication which she has provided me with in the span of last 4 month.

Please note i am not writing this feedback during the course of my medication in-fact i am writing this medication after my course is completed and i am fully cured…. I really have blind faith in her now…so should you….be sure that she is best you can get and she will do everything possible to make sure you are relieved from whatever ENT issues you are facing.

My experience with the doctor has been great: Dr Srinivas has been amazing with his professionalism, knowledge, courteousness, listening and understanding my 8 months old issue of constant/nagging hoarse voice from throat and event throat pain due to muscle spasm. His prescriptions have worked really well towards resolving my issue. Furthermore, he patiently listens and explains the issue really well and addresses the root cause. Strongly recommend Dr Srinivas to others having ENT issues.

On a separate note, my experience with a front office lady assistant at Cavalier has been terrible:

On a separate note, yesterday I had an appointment with Dr Srinivas at Cavalier Hiapital. The lady assistant (wearing specs) handling the incoming patients completely and deliberately goofed up the order of ushering in patients without following sequence of appointments to Dr Srinivas. Sequence of appointment was not followed by the lady and she ushered in 5-6 patients before my turn to doctor although those patients had booked appointment after my time. Although I reminded the lady that my appointment was at 6pm and whether she was following sequence, she unethically lied to me and allowed patient with 7pm appointment to meet Dr Srinivas begore me (I came to know when I asked the patient directly that his appointment is 7pm) even though they'd booked after my time. On hearing my concern, Dr Srinivas came to counter and warned the lady assistant stating she'd made the same mistake last time also with other patients by not following sequence of appointment and to follow and maintain a sheet. The lady showed no remorse and neither apologized to myself, not sure where she got this attitude from? Request management of Cavalier hospital to ensure that sequence of appointment is followed, valuing patients time who'd booked appointment with doctor.

Went with severe ear pain and decreased hearing after failed treatment in Andhra Pradesh for my nephew 11 yrs old.

Was recommended by relatives having the same surname I travelled to Cavalier Hospital and meet Dr Srinivas Kunku he evaluated him in detail and suggested a surgery . He was operated for Combined approach Tympanoplasty in last July 2022 which was suggested as the best treatment for his ear problem .

I am writing this review after his 3rd month follow up.

His Hearing is back to normal and there is no discharge or pain in his ear he is extremely happy.

I took my Mother-in-law for ear surgery to Srinivas sir. Before we met him, we have visited lot of hospitals in hometown. Everyone is saying we will do the surgery but 50-50 chances they said. After we met Srinivas sir, he told definitely it will be cured and gave 100% confidence to us. And we went for surgery finally she is able to hear and no pain as well. I am giving this review after two months.

Surgery was done in Cavalier hospital. All staff and nurses takencare very carefully. I really appreciate Dr Srinivas sir explanation, patience, responsiveness. In single sentence I can say God for us. Special thanks to Santosh for nursing services.

I waited for a month to give an end to end review of Dr. Srinivas. I underwent thyroglossal cyst surgery on 24th Feb, Dr. Srinivas is excellent, he is so positive and cool that you feel positive energy around him, his staff at cavalier hospital is excellent. The surgery took around 3 hours and doctor and the staff support me throughout, Dr. Srinivas shared his personal number with me in case I have any complications post surgery, i can contact him. I highly recommend the doctor for any ENT surgery/health issues.

I would like to write a story about our family ENT Dr Srini Sir... My Father was having ear discharge and was having hearing loss past 2 years for which we consulted Dr. Srinivas kunku, and underwent ear surgery at Cavalier Hospital . The surgery was successful. he is doing much better now. Dr. Srinivas was very supportive and gave us lot of confidence. We like his treatment and care shown to patients.. Well appreciated service.. I had a really good experience with my doctor, Dr Meghana P R, during my ear and nose surgery.

*** ** **** ************** *** what I appreciated the most was how kind and patient she is. I was honestly very nervous before the surgery, but she made me feel comfortable by explaining everything properly and answering all my questions without ever making me feel silly for asking.

The surgery was done very well under her care along with Dr Srinivas Kunku, and my recovery has been going smoothly. At my recent check-up, I found that everything is healing well, which was really reassuring.

I visited this doctor for a hearing problem with blocked ears. During my first visit, she prescribed an audiogram and pressure test, which cost around ₹1,500, but she did not take the time to properly listen to or understand my symptoms. Based on the tests, I was told everything was normal and was prescribed only a nasal spray.

After 15 days, my symptoms had not improved, so I went back for a follow-up. Even though I had waited about 40 minutes, the consultation felt rushed because the doctor appeared to be in a hurry to leave for another clinic. She again did not listen carefully to my concerns, ********** ********* and ended the consultation quickly.

My condition still did not improve. I eventually consulted another doctor, *** ********** *** ***** *** ******** ** **** * ****** ****** ** ****** ********

My biggest concern was not the treatment itself, but *** **** ** ********* ** ** ******** *** the rushed consultations. I did not feel heard, and my problem remained unresolved ***** * ****** * ****** ********

Me and my mom, we both were infected. She took care of us from day 1 till we both are completely out of that. Yet times we used to contact her multiple times but she responded and clarified all our doubts all the times with lot of patience. Always cautious and follows up with the treatment.

Very detailed check-up using instruments. ********* ************* ****** *** biggest relief for patient was elimination of assumption or doubts with real demo by doctor. Doctor and nurses are friendly to patient and accompanying members and doctor treated nurses with smiles and friendly gesture..
