Kusuma Hospital, Banashankari 3rd Stage

Was visiting the hospital (Kusuma hospital) in particular consulting Dr. Jayaprakash. Want to quote that the hospital has recently expanded by added pathology Lab, X ray facilities expanded medical shop etc. During the recent visit for my son in the month of July 2022, doctor was responding & was listening for the health issue my son had (cough & fever). However he has prescribed so many tests & was not giving prescription until all the tests are done. We have done the test like chest x-ray, blood haemogram / blood chemistry test & Dengu profile all together costs Rs. 2600. Ultimately he has seen Chest X ray & dengu profile report & did not see the blood haemogram report at all.

We have followed the medicine prescribed by Dr. Jayaprakash & my son was Ok

Here I feel that the doctor was prescribing tests out of which some may not at all required & Dr. was reluctant to tell the purpose of the medicine prescribed. also medicines prescribed are only available in the Nirmal pharma present in the hospital where he will not give any discount & when we aks, Pharmacy people will tell discount is for general medicine & not for the medicine prescribed by doctor. I wonder what are those general medicines are

During discussion at hospital (during waiting time at hospital) people who came for consultation were also quoting the above.

The above is only observation, hospital management to take necessary steps so that it will be help full for needy people of the society .

They denied entry of us when we had a geniue problem.

Bucz we complained to them in in hygieneness in the hospital.

I dont recommend this kind of behavior.

Doctor is friendly well educated, but his stafg or thr management are not fit. Even the junior doctor working there are fit. There behavior is very bad and rude. Didnt expect that kind of behavior for a doctor

I admitted on 25 oct 2022, he just saw the file for 2 days and told all things are normal and I will get healed. He could not answer why ARG - arterial blood gas test was done for me. They charged be 1000 per visit and 2000 for 2 days admission for expert opinion/service. He just the file and he did not even see the wound and 2k billed. ***** **********
