We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ritu for our maternity consultations and child delivery. She's a very experienced and thoroughly professional doctor. Most importantly she's friendly and empathetic to all her patients. She talks to you in a very calm manner and answers all your doubts and questions. All her advises are important and helps you deliver a healthy baby. She doesn't prescribe anything which is not required. Her friendly attitude helped us a lot and reduced our anxiety as we were new parents. The important thing about her is she's determined that all her patients have a normal delivery which is rare nowadays. We followed all her advises and guidance which helped us have a normal delivery. She was constantly monitoring the patient and guided her throughout the labour period. She kept encouraging the mother when she was in pain or felt low and anxious. Her enthusiasm towards her profession is a unique trait. I would highly recommend Dr. Ritu to all the expecting parents for a stressless and smooth delivery experience. I came to Ritu mam during my 7th month of pregnancy, and even though I joined her care quite late, she took complete responsibility and supported me with a lot of care and attention.My previous pregnancy had resulted in a premature baby, so I was very anxious and worried that the same thing might repeat again in this pregnancy as well. From the very beginning, she understood my concerns and never dismissed my fears. Becoming a mother is one of the most emotional journeys in life, and I feel truly blessed that I had Dr. Ritu by my side during this phase.

When I first met her at Apollo Cradle, Hosa Road, I was already in my second trimester. I had consulted 3–4 doctors before, but with Dr. Ritu I instantly felt comfortable and confident. Even today, I regret not meeting her earlier in my pregnancy.

From the very beginning, she encouraged me to go for a normal delivery.
