Dr. Trivedis Total Woman Health Care Centre, Ghatkopar East

I believed in God, then I trusted God. I believe Doctors and then I trusted our Doctor. Thankyou Dr. Soumil, Dr. Priti, Dr. Prakash, All assistant doctors and staff of Dr.Trivedi maternity nursing home during all those 730+ days of struggling time to our happiest day that of birth of our baby on 💓 25 June 2020.

Our Journey with Trivedi Nursing home began with an emergency admission of my wife. This was our first miscarriage and reasons we were just guessing. Dr.Prakash and Dr.Soumil handled our case. We somehow came out of this sadness hoping for positive things that still can happen. Under Doctors advise after 3 months we started medicine course and done some normal tests for next pregnancy. It was found in test report that chances of pregnancy by normal intercourse were at border. It was advised by Dr. Priti that better we try pregnancy with IUI and IVF as later the fertility rate will come down that then might have to look for doner. We crossed check with few of my company Doctors about the facts. By this time we started believing Doctors at Trivedi Nursing home. We consulted with Dr. Priti and decided this time to go ahead with IUI with still time we have looking at fertility report. Other Doctors could have directly advise to go for ivf this time as IVF is costly than IUI. Our IUI was successful and pregnancy was positive. But our mystery continued and in 6th week we had to face our 2nd miscarriage. This time it was more difficult time for me and my wife to bear this sorrow. During this time we also thought of many things and full of questions like why this thing happened and this miscarriage exactly during same time of 6th week. Even we thought should we change Doctor - we didn't say or make this feel to doctor :) but we were wrong on this thought of ours. This was a turning point when Dr. Soumil handled our case. He did all investigation with our past records and current and helped us understand medical possibilities that could be with our miscarriage. He spend over 30 minutes to help us understand and upfront we got all answers to above questions that we had. He also said that if we really looking to investigate into why this miscarriage then there are more than 52 test that we need to do and cost involved in it. Even doing all this test there are possibility that we still might not find the reason. Further he suggested that there are only 3 test(of this one was historic based on family which was not in our case)that we must do that can help us during our next pregnancy to avoid miscarriage. We now had confidence in our Doctor that we now started to TRUST and came out positively with new ray of hope future. We had undergone hysteroscopy to look if anything internally triggering miscarriage. But histroscopy didn't had any reasons that we were looking for - it was all fine.

Now back to Dr.Priti who then decided that we must go for IVF as by now we had spend years time. We had our first ivf in June 2019 but this went unsuccessful. We needed to have our 2nd IVF and was asked by Dr.Priti to wait for a month's time. Thereafter we have family emargency took place in August and September 2019 that we had stressful period. We were advised by Dr.Priti that we wait to pass this stressful period and do ivf during normal situations - stress being important part during IUI/ivf and pregnancy. We took her advise and then went for 2nd ivf in October 2019 - This was successful. During our normal Doctor's visit in 3rd week after pregnancy it was noticed by Dr.Priti that my wife's BP was high and she referred to general physician to be consulted. This was one of critical decision in our success story and BP control medicine started. After pregnancy is positive, now the case is back in hands of Dr. Soumil.

During 6th week my wife had spotting like in periods and we immediately rushed into Dr. Trivedi's hospital. Thankfully immediate treatment by Dr. Priti saved our miscarriage. Next day morning at 8 am Dr. Prakash on his way back from Canada directly visited hospital to see his patient i.e. us. He could have gone home and come back evening for visit as other doctors have attended the case. This concern of his shows how much he cares and values patients.

Every visit from day one till date we had with Dr. Soumil, it was none less than 30 minutes of time that he has given to us - thorough checkup with explaining situations and development in details till you understand it. This time is spend with all patients that he attends.This is very important as a patient, and family member of patient, that your doctor give you enough time and you start trusting - VALUE.

In pregnancy week of 31st, my wife was admitted for evaluation of risk due to continuously high BP. This was time of Covid19 where Mumbai was highly impacted. Nursing and service staff at Trivedi's were continuously working in a slot of 10-15 days and stay there itself, avoiding risk of traveling, thereby taking precautions against covid19. Only emergency cases that are absolutely needed for hospitalization were taken in. We came to know hospital was offered to convert to covid hospital, obviously as source of high income. But Dr. Prakash with all care to his patients and been speciality in maternity denied this offer - This is great, Thankyou Dr. Prakash for this wonderful decision. This makes patients like us still believe that there are Doctors who primarily work for healthcare and not to make more revenue.

Finally an emotional day arrived on 25 June 2020 when we were about to have our baby. We were excited and tensed. Whatever we were going to have whether a baby boy or baby girl, it was going to make us father and mother. We finally got a baby boy on the day which was cherishable day in our life. We really thank whole heartedly 💓 again to Dr. Priti, Dr. Soumil, Dr. Prakash, Dr. Aditi, all assistant doctors, sisters and maushis for right consultation, treatment, guidance and serving us in journey for having wonderful healthy baby.

I recently flew from Nagpur to Mumbai for my laparoscopy surgery at Dr Trivedi Total Women's Health Care Centre in Ghatkopar, Mumbai. 

Intially when I found out about fibroid I was skeptical on how to go about.  But I was lucky enough to have Doctor Prakash Trivedi on board on recommendation of Nagpur's renowned Doctor Prashant Agnihotri (eye specialist). 

My experience at Total Care Hospital had been extremely satisfactory and pleasant. From the time of my consultation to my surgery and post care recovery stay at the hospital, I was taken care of well by their staff and medical care. Dr. Prakash Trivedi's ********* ********* **** counselling helped me understand the procedure without leaving any doubt on my mind. I'm immensely grateful to Dr. Prakash Trivedi, who is one of the few doctors who make their patients instantly feel relaxed with humble and caring attitude. I can't express enough as to how grateful I am to have come across Dr. Trivedi and Dr. Aditi.

I would also like to thank Dr. Aditi for being available whenever I needed her and answering all my questions patiently with a smiling face during post surgery care. Dr aditi is gem of a person and this can be judged by the way she cares for her patient.

I had travelled to Mumbai alone without my parents due to covid19. *** * *** **** ******* ** * **** * *** *** **** ****** ** *****. He made me feel so comfortable and checked on my health throughout my procedure and hospital care. 

I am grateful to Dr. Prakash and his entire team for making it so easy for me to recover. Indeed I truly believe doctors like him with humble and genuine care, and expertise which truly help patients recover from their health complications. Under the guidance and care of Dr. Prakash Trivedi and Dr. Aditi and nursing by hospital nursing staff, I have recovered in a very short time, which may not have been possible elsewhere.    

My earnest review to reflect my medical  journey and experience for which I am extremely grateful after having come across Total Care Centre Clinic and the safe hands of Dr Prakash Trivedi. I would highly recommend to family, friends and for all the females who struggle to find the right doctor for correct diagnosis and perfect care. This is  one clinic in Mumbai one can trust without any second doubt to go and consult one's medical issues.

Dream works when team works and when team is led by personalities like Dr. Prakash and Dr. Aditi then there is no doubt at all. Every single word of my feedback is 100% true. What a wonderful and warm experience we had with Dr. Trivedis and their kind staff, never thought that hospital stay (> 100days) could be so good and homely.

Dr. Prakash and Dr. Aditi are incredible, it’s rare to find such doctors with outstanding quality of medical care.

Prakash sir is godsend, his existence brings meaning and hopes to lives. He’s a very patient person who genuinely cares about his patients. He always spared enough time to explain things to me in terms that I can understand. He was diligent in making sure I am in my best health.

Dr. Aditi, my favorite :-). Very thorough and caring person. She has been very attentive throughout my pregnancy period, she has shown true commitment to solve every challenge I faced. She is full of love and compassion and always doing all she can to make sure patient’s hopes are restored. She is graceful dancer too :-), she is truly exceptional!

Dr. Priti Maam, such a beautiful soul with caring heart. Maa’m you have given your whole life servicing the lives of patients, a motherly figure. You are such a rare gem, feeling blessed having met you.

Dr. Soumil, very cheerful person :-), Whenever I met you, I always felt less burdened and more hopeful.

Dear Hemal, thank you for being what you are. A kind person with full of empathy, energy and willingness to help 24*7. You are like an encyclopedia, years of experience have made you so much informative.

A heroic medical staff, special mention: Sister Janvi and Sister Lalita. I always found them on my bed side, sincerity like yours is a rare quality. Many thanks to Sisters Manju, Smita, Shalini and Shamika for your human touch.

Completely satisfied with strong pillar like support staff (Mavshi and Mama) especially Usha and Manda Mavshi, their day and night efforts are countless. I am very thankful to them for making my stay more homely.

When you are at Trivedi’s rest assured you are in good hands, I am so glad that I found them.

I was referred to Dr. Trivedi’s clinic by my aunty who is also a medical professional, her only words were, “Go to Dr. Trivedi’s clinic and they will take care of you”. I was 4 weeks pregnant when my husband and I visited Dr. Aditi. Due to various reasons - my medical history we had to cease our pregnancy. Dr. Aditi was extremely kind she understood my situation and guided me with the procedure. On my follow up visit I met with Dr. Aditi and Dr. Prakash, they advised me to consider Tubal Ligation (Laparoscopic) to prevent such a situation in the future. This was my first interaction with Dr. Prakash, he patiently explained me the entire procedure once again and assured me that things will be fine.

My surgery was conducted by Dr. Soumil and Dr. Prakash. The surgery went off very well, however I was extremely weak and was unconscious for quite some time. My family members who were with me later told me that Dr. Prakash visited around 2-3 times to check on me to make sure I am fine. Such a humble man!! He reminded me of my father 😊. This shows how much they care about their patients. There is a personal touch in everything they do, Dr Prakash, Dr. Aditi as well as Dr. Soumil.

In the evening when Dr. Aditi visited me for her round up, she showed me the video of my surgery and explained what was exactly done.

By writing this note I am not just placing my gratitude on record, but I also want more people to visit Dr. Trivedi’s clinic and have the same experience as I did. In this today’s world this place very much exists where one can definitely get assured and genuine solutions to their problems.

I would also like to thank Hemal for her prompt responses each time, the sisters and the moushi’s.

PS: The clinic is facilitated with latest technology equipment’s. Its extremely clean and hygienic.
