I had been in acute pain & discomfort, unable to walk properly for over a year when the Doctor was recommended to me. Getting an appointment and consultation was very smooth.

On explaining my problem he reassured me and on examination immediately diagnosed the cause of it. In spite of my queries for further tests, he only got an ankle x-ray done in the attached x-ray lab and prescribed the treatment reassuring me all the while of early relief and cure with a follow up after six weeks.

I am thankful to Dr Shetty for his pleasant disposition, his No fuss treatment and for having fully cured me allowing me to resume my 5 km walk every morning.

Like very few doctors, Dr Vijay Shetty has all the time for his patients to explain the problem to its minutest details. He treat it as the patients' right!

I was suffering from deadly knee pain from last 3 years and can't walk for continuously 5 minutes. Also I can't climb stairs and having huge pain by doing so. I consult the doctor with my knees x-rays and after checking and go through the x-rays doctor suggested for both legs total knee replacement surgery. Doctor explained me about the surgery and how it will be carried out. He built my confidence by explaining the advantages of TKR surgery and total procedure of TKR.I took immediate decision for the surgery and my surgery was carried out by Doctor Vijay Shetty on 24/02/2021.My surgery went well and after 5 days stay at hospital I was discharged on 28/02/2021.I was pleased with the treatment and hospitality of the hospital. All the people's were friendly and professional. It was an great experience to do surgery from Dr.Vijay Shetty and I am thankful for all of them and their staff.

Dr Vijay Shetty attended to my concern related to lower back pain that affected my mobility. He in just few physical tests was able to establish my issue and put me at ease by explaining the problem. I was really concerned however his assurance and the plan of action recommended to me made me feel better immediately. In just 24 hrs I was feeling better after performing the exercises and the medicines prescribed! I will be now continuing this for a month as per Dr’s advise and visit him for follow up! I am happy I visited Dr Shetty and recommend him for your Ortho issues! I read his credentials that were on the walls of his clinic and he is a very experienced Dr in his field !

Hi, just done with second follow up appointment for my parents (knee and shoulder issue) overall the experience is very very good, the doctor is polite, I found him very approachable and the daigonises and the treatment given by him was excellent, he didn't force my parents to go for knee replacement (as suggested by other doctors, they were forcing us to do operation and told us there is no other alternative), instead he gave medication and exercises and after a month treatment from him my father's knee pain has substantially gone down(without operation) . And from today we have started treatment for my mom. Which again the diagnoses, treatment exercise given is far par then other doctors consultation we had.

Secondly he explained everything in detail, the communication is very good and he cleared all our doubts. I Highly recommended him.

I went to Dr Shetty with a nagging issue with a weak ligament. He asked a few questions and put my mind at ease with his diagnosis. Glad to hear that he preferred not to prescribe unnecessary scans or invasive treatment and wanted to give the body a chance to heal itself first. Recommended some exercises and multi vitamins to aid the healing process and conveyed a plan for follow up checks. Very nice experience overall.

Dr Vijay was very easy to talk to. He understood my problem and suggested treatments with multiple option for me to choose. Did not rush the consultation and was very open to all my questions and also explained them very clearly. Overall very happy with my experience and the treatment too.

**** ** He physically examined which is not practiced these days. Explained in details and very ethical. Most orthopaedic surgeons would recommend surgery but he wants first conservative treatment

OPD charges are bit higher specially for senior retired people.
